Trans-Proteomic Pipeline (TPP) is an open source program that includes all the steps of the ISB MS/MS analysis pipeline after the database search. It provides support for the conversion of search engine results to a unified format, conversion of RAW data to open formats and statistical validation of peptide and protein identifications.
